His name "As-Sami'" (The All-Hearing), "Al-Basir" (The All-Seeing) necessitates something heard and seen, and His name "Al-Khaliq" (The Creator) requires a creation, as does "Ar-Raziq" (The Provider), and His name "Al-Malik" (The King) requires a kingdom, management, giving, withholding, benevolence, justice, reward, and punishment."
