Migration. Two structurally distinct migrations in Vol 3: the Abyssinian migration to escape persecution, and the Madinan migration that established the structural foundation of the Muslim community.

He was the first child born in Islam after the Hijra. This is narrated by al-Bukhari from his mother, Asma, and his aunt, Aisha, the mother of the believers. May Allah be pleased with them both. Some say that Numan ibn Bashir was born six months before him, making Abdullah ibn al-Zubayr the first child born among the emigrants after the Hijra. Others claim both were born in the second year of the Hijra, but the first claim seems more accurate. All praise belongs to Allah and"

"noted that the caravan consisted of 60 people and all those with Sa'd were emigrants. Abu Jafar ibn Jarir and ibn Ishaq mentioned that these expeditions, as noted by al-Waqidi, occurred in the second year of the Hijra. However, ibn Ishaq's statement is not explicit regarding Abu Jafar's view. This will be discussed further in the book of Ghazawat, focusing on the first year of the second Hijra. It is possible that these expeditions took place in the first year and further elaboration will be provided later. Al-Waqidi is recognized for his valuable contributions and well-documented history."

Al-Baihaqi also quoted from the Book of Knowledge of Abu Abdullah ibn Manda that Ali married Fatima a year after the Hijra and consummated the marriage a year later. Based on this, his entry into it will be at the beginning of the third year of the Hijra. The context of the hadith of the two honored ones suggests that this occurred shortly after the Battle of Badr, likely at the end of the second year, and Allah knows best."
