Al-ʿAlī

How the scholars invoke Al-ʿAlī.

1. "of the Al-Aqsa mosque when Allah sent Jibreel peace be upon him to her. He appeared as a well-proportioned man seeing him she said indeed I seek refuge with the most merciful from you if you are righteous. Abu al-Ali explained that she knew the righteous are those who have restraint refuting claims of a notorious sinner named Taki among the children of Israel. Jibreel said I am only a messenger of your Lord meaning he was sent by Allah to grant her a pure boy. She replied how can I have a boy when no man has touched me and I am not unchaste. The angel said thus said your Lord it is easy for me meaning this is"
