al-Yasaʿ ﷺ

"guests, bear the burdens of the weak, help those in need, and assist in matters of truth. Muhammad ibn Ishaq said, He is Al-Yasa ibn Akhtub. Al-Hafiz Abu al-Qasim ibn mentioned in his history that Al-Yasa is Al-Asbat ibn Adi, ibn Shutham, ibn Efrem, ibn Yusuf, ibn Yaqub, ibn Ishaq, ibn Ibrahim, the friend of Allah. It is said that he was a cousin of the Prophet Ilyas, peace be upon them. It is said that he was hidden with him in Mount Qasiyun from the king of Baalbek, and then he went with him there. When Ilyas was raised, Al-Yasa succeeded him among his people, and Allah appointed him as a prophet after him. Khadijah then took him"

"they are often mentioned together, and because it follows the story of Musa in Surah As-Saffat. Thus we hasten to narrate his story for that reason, and Allah knows best. Muhammad ibn Ishaq also mentioned that after Ilyas, his successor was Al-Yasa, peace be upon him. This is the story of Al-Yasa, peace be upon him. Allah the Exalted mentioned him alongside the Prophets in Surah Al-An'am, saying, And Isma'il, Al-Yasa, Yunus, and Lut, and all of them We preferred over the worlds."

"Allah the Exalted mentioned him alongside the Prophets in Surah Al-An'am, saying, And Isma'il, Al-Yasa, Yunus, and Lut, and all of them We preferred over the worlds. And Allah the Exalted said in Surah Sa'd, And mention Isma'il, Al-Yasa, and Dhul-Kifl, all were among the righteous. It is narrated that after Ilyas, Al-Yasa was among them, peace be upon them."
