  1. "of Jafar al-Sadiq. May Allah be pleased with him. Within Bustam also lies the grave of the pious Sheikh al-Wali, Abu al-Hassan al-Kharaqani. I lodged in Sheikh Abu Yazid al-Bistami's zawiya. From there, we traveled via the Koshkan route to Kanduz and Baghlan, villages inhabited by teachers and pious individuals, blessed with gardens and rivers."
