From the Sunnah

Duʿāʾ for anxiety and distress

When the chest tightens, the Sunnah turns the heart back to Allah. These are the supplications the Prophet ﷺ and the prophets before him made in moments of fear, worry, and overwhelm — including the duʿāʾ of Yūnus from the belly of the fish.
